Many of you know that I spent over 100,000 hours in video games. As many victories I celebrated ingame, as many sacrifices I had to make in real life. I failed my study twice and couldn’t hold a job. When I started to turn my life around in 2022, my hunger not only for healthy food but also for goals in life grew. From a guy who sat in front of his computer 16+ hours each day, I turned into someone who trains four to five times, works 40+ hours and studies every single week. Being busy keeps me alive, but I want more. Everything is going way too slowly and the biggest obstacle I have to overcome is time.
The day only has 24 hours and I have to make the best out of it. I don’t want to sacrifice anything I’ve earned and fought for so far. Meaning the little time left has to be used in a very smart way. A couple of weeks ago I said, I am going to delete all my videos on YouTube to start over again. I still try to figure out the “How I want to do content?”. I need a workflow that allows me to pump out at least two to three high quality videos per month, without spending too many hours for recording and editing. I don’t want to fall into the trap of doing clickbait again. I must build myself up as authentic as possible, because monetization is just optional. My main income from these channels should come from advertising my own products. Offering Fitness Coaching makes the most sense right now.
This is the second day of my two weeks vacation and I will try to answer the question of “How I want to do content?” in this time frame.
